This 2-hour class is an opportunity to dive deep into the Yin Yoga practice, supported by the soothing sound of handpan and other sound healing instruments. Susan DeRyder will guide you through the yoga practice while Marina Sobol creates a magical sound landscape to help facilitate an even deeper journey into Self.
Yin Yoga includes long held poses that target the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This practice often allows one to explore deeper layers of the self that go beyond the physical realm. Many experience an increase in physical wellbeing as well as inner silence and an interconnecting quality.
